Will Bach is Chief Executive Officer, and a Financial Advisor of Midwestern Wealth Management. Will works with clients to analyze their financial situations and assess how to best meet their individual needs. Will believes that serving clients financial and investment needs begins with building strong, lasting partnerships. He starts this process by carefully listening to what each client says about their unique financial situation and their goals for the future. Then, each step along the way, he actively supports and cultivates every relationship by always keeping the needs of his clients first and foremost.
Before Will pursued his career in finance he was a police officer in the Indianapolis, Indiana area for the Beech Grove Police Department for nearly 5 years. Will graduated with his bachelor’s degree in Law and Society in 2004 at The Purdue University. He then secured his MBA at Indiana Wesleyan University in 2009, after finishing his MBA he began studying to take the Certified Financial Planner™ examination. He secured the CFP® designation shortly after, in 2012. While he was pursuing his CFP® marks, he attained his Certificate in Financial Planning from Boston University in 2010.
Will takes pride in community involvement. He served on the Society for Improvement and Condition of Stray Animals (SICSA) board of directors from 2010 to 2020. He also has served on the board of the Dayton Area Better Business Bureau (BBB) since 2016, and currently serves as secretary. Will has actively coached several of his children's sports teams and likes to remain actively involved with local youth sports programs.
