Will Bach is Chief Executive Officer, and a Financial Advisor of Midwestern Wealth Management. Will works with clients to analyze their financial situations and assess how to best meet their individual needs. Will believes that serving clients financial and investment needs begins with building strong, lasting partnerships. He starts this process by carefully listening to what each client says about their unique financial situation and their goals for the future. Then, each step along the way, he actively supports and cultivates every relationship by always keeping the needs of his clients first and foremost.
Before Will pursued his career in finance he was a police officer in the Indianapolis, Indiana area for the Beech Grove Police Department for nearly 5 years. Will graduated with his bachelor’s degree in Law and Society in 2004 at The Purdue University. He then secured his MBA at Indiana Wesleyan University in 2009, after finishing his MBA he began studying to take the Certified Financial Planner™ examination. He secured the CFP® designation shortly after, in 2012. While he was pursuing his CFP® marks, he attained his Certificate in Financial Planning from Boston University in 2010.
Will takes pride in community involvement. He served on the Society for Improvement and Condition of Stray Animals (SICSA) board of directors from 2010 to 2020. He also has served on the board of the Dayton Area Better Business Bureau (BBB) since 2016, and currently serves as secretary. Will has actively coached several of his children's sports teams and likes to remain actively involved with local youth sports programs.
Terra is the operations coordinator at Midwestern Wealth Management. She works with the advisors to manage day-to-day operations as well as provide customer service to the clients.
Terra has always had a love for finance and is excited to grow that love into a lasting career.
Terra received her AAS in Business Accounting from Hopkinsville Community College. She is currently finishing her BA in Business Administration at Lindsey Wilson College. She will continue furthering her education with an MBA from Lindsey Wilson following her BA. Terra lives in Franklin Ohio with her two little boys. In her free time she loves to give back to the community and volunteer with her local Down Syndrome Association.
Allison Durnbaugh is a sales assistant with Midwestern Wealth Management. Allison works with the
advisors to manage day-to-day operations as well as provide customer service to the clients.
Allison believes that financial investing is very personal, and she works to foster relationships with
clients to offer the highest quality customer service possible.
Allison received her Bachelors degree in Business Administration with a focus in Finance from Bowling
Green State University in 2000. She currently serves on the Centerville City Schools Board of Education
as well as a trustee for the Centerville Education Foundation and is a part of the executive leadership
team for Relay for Life of South Dayton. Allison lives in Centerville with her husband and their 3
children.

Mark Walters is a Financial Advisor of Midwestern Wealth Management. He enjoys working with small business owners to implement financial strategies which allow them to concentrate on growing their businesses. Mark develops and implements investment strategies that are tailored to meet the specific needs of every client. He is well versed in the design and development of retirement plan and also advises on individual wealth accumulation, preservation and distribution through the creation of customized investment strategies.
Mark obtained his Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist (CRPS) and Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA) designations as well as his Nonqualified Plan Advisor Certificate (NQPA) to facilitate his focus on retirement plans. While with Raymond James he completed the firm’s Investment Management Consultant (IIMC) program which emphasizes an in-depth process of identifying a client’s objectives, developing an appropriate portfolio to meet those objectives and maintaining the quality of the portfolio over time. He attended The Ohio State University and is Series 66 and insurance licensed.
Mark is a current member of the Ohio Commodores. He is a former Board Member of the Licking County Chamber of Commerce and former member of Newark-Heath Rotary International. He has served on United Way Campaign committees and was a past President of Moundbuilders Country Club.
I am a dedicated and experienced financial advisor with over five years of experience in the
industry. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a strong commitment to delivering world-
class service and providing solid returns to a diverse range of clients, including high-net-worth
individuals, small business owners, and retirees. My mission is to consolidate, grow, protect, and
eventually transfer my clients' assets in the most tax-efficient way(s) possible. I offer holistic
financial planning, working with your existing team of legal and tax professionals to identify and
achieve your financial goals. My expertise includes financial planning, wealth management,
estate planning, financial analysis, life insurance, retirement planning, 401k design and
management, and business succession planning.
Before working in finance, I was the President/Owner of College Ready Tutor/Study Strategies,
LLC. I worked with students from grades 5 through college, helping them develop study and
learning skills. I designed a proprietary organization & study skills program, "Colors of
Confidence," specifically tailored for ADHD and EFD learners. Prior to this, I served as the VP
of Marketing & Communications at Dr. John Mitakides, DDS., Inc., overseeing all marketing
efforts and outgoing communications for professional organizations such as The Ehlers-Danlos
National Foundation, American Academy Cranio-Facial Pain, and American Academy of Facial
Aesthetics.
I hold a Ph.D. in Political Science from Miami University, with a dissertation titled "Stayin'
Alive: A Mixed-Methods Study of the Inconsistent Effects of Leadership Decapitation on
Terrorist Organizations." My educational background also includes an M.A. in Applied
Behavioral Sciences from Wright State University and a B.A. in Women's Studies from Hollins
University. I believe in lifelong learning and am currently pursuing my CFP designation. Outside
of my professional endeavors, I have actively participated in community service and volunteer
organizations, demonstrating my dedication to giving back. I am a single mother of two kids,
ages 10 and 7, who keep me running! In my "spare" time, I enjoy reading historical fiction,
gardening, and cooking.

Michael Drummond is a Financial Advisor with Midwestern Wealth Management based in Columbus. Michael believes the cornerstone of a successful client/advisor relationship is the mutual trust and respect that develops over time, and he is deeply committed to helping his clients realize their long-term financial goals. He provides a comprehensive approach to: wealth management, risk management, estate planning, and investment policy development to corporate leaders, high net worth individuals, and nonprofit institutions.
Prior to beginning his career at Raymond James, he was a veteran of the hedge fund industry working for Bridgewater Associates where he helped them build high performing teams throughout their investment engine. He also spent 20 years as an entrepreneur building and managing an organizational design and human capital consulting firm serving some of the world’s most respected hedge funds and alternative asset managers.
Michael holds the Series 66, and the Ohio life and long-term care insurance licenses. He has also earned the Certified Estate Planner ™ and Accredited Asset Management Specialist™ certifications. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from The Ohio State University.
Originally from Northeastern Ohio, he lives in Columbus and is active in the community as a volunteer for organizations such as: The Ohio Masonic Home, The Ronald McDonald House, and The Columbus School for Girls. He is a member of the York Lodge No. 563 Free & Accepted Masons, as well as the Valley of Columbus Scottish Rite. He enjoys snowboarding, mountain biking, tennis, and collecting vintage vinyl. Michael and his wife, Annie, have two children, Katie and Josie.
