Will Bach is Chief Executive Officer, President, and a Financial Advisor of Midwestern Wealth Management. Will works with clients to analyze their risk tolerance to meet their individual needs and helps fulfill those needs through a comprehensive array of investment alternatives tailored to the needs of each individual investor.
Will believes that serving clients financial and investment needs begins with building strong, lasting partnerships. He starts this process by carefully listening to what each client says about their unique financial situation and their goals for the future. Then, each step along the way, he actively supports and cultivates every relationship by always keeping the needs of his clients first and foremost.
Before Will pursued his career in finance he was a police officer in the Indianapolis, Indiana area for the Beech Grove Police Department for nearly 5 years. Will graduated with his bachelor’s degree in Law and Society in 2004 at The Purdue University. He then secured his MBA at Indiana Wesleyan University in 2009, after finishing his MBA he began studying to take the Certified Financial Planner™ examination. He secured the CFP® designation shortly after, in 2012. While he was pursuing his CFP® marks, he attained his Certificate in Financial Planning from Boston University in 2010.
Will takes pride in community involvement. He has served on the Society for Improvement and Condition of Stray Animals (SICSA) board of directors since 2010, and currently serves as President. He also has served on the board of the Dayton Area Better Business Bureau (BBB) since 2016, and currently serves as secretary, also serves on the Dayton Club as a board member since 2011. In addition to being on three separate boards, Will coaches his daughter’s soccer and basketball teams, while also coaching his son’s baseball and football teams.

Brad Drager is Chief Investment Officer, Vice President, and a Financial Advisor of Midwestern Wealth Management. Brad has a vast knowledge of financial markets, planning strategies and retirement plan alternatives to both institutions and individuals. He is a thoughtful, attentive advisor whose mission is to develop, implement and monitor appropriate plans for his clients. Clients appreciate his willingness to listen to their specific needs, and his dedication to assisting them in the development of customized financial plans. Brad specializes in investment analytics, fixed income trading, research, and portfolio management.
Brad believes in putting the client first and knows the importance of client involvement and interactions in today’s dynamic markets. He strongly believes that client service is the pillar to a long-lasting relationship supported by attention to detail.
Brad holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a concentration in Finance. Along with his Bachelors, he has obtained his Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist™ designation in 2009.
Brad is involved in his home community; he recently has secured the position of President on the Board of Directors in the Greene Optimist Club, he is a mentor to fifth grade students, and he is a member of the Dayton CFA society.

Operations Coordinator, Midwestern Wealth Management
Samantha Evans is Operations Coordinator of Midwestern Wealth Management. She works with clients and advisors in day-to-day coordination's and management of business operations activities. Monitors, controls and manages business operations to meet client expectations and company goals. Liaise between client and advisor to ensure smooth operations delivery.
Samantha believes with smooth data input, and effective client interactions she can help her advisors go above and beyond helping their clients without the worries of the quotidian tasks.
Samantha holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Financial Services and Finance from Wright State University.
Certified Health Savings Advisor
Mark Walters is a Financial Advisor of Midwestern Wealth Management. Mark works with small business owners in providing information and solutions designed to concentrate on growing their businesses. Being a former business owner gives him a unique understanding to the challenges of running a small business.
Mark obtained his Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist SM designation to facilitate his focus on retirement plans. To complement this, he has also attained the Certified Health Savings Advisor designation program. While with Raymond James he completed the firm’s Investment Management Consultant (IIMC) program which emphasizes an in-depth process of identifying a client’s objectives, developing an appropriate portfolio to meet those objectives and maintaining the quality of the portfolio over time. He attended The Ohio State University and is Series 7, 66 and insurance licensed. Mark develops and implements investment strategies that are tailored to meet the specific needs of every client. He will advise on wealth accumulation, preservation and distribution through the creation of customized investment strategies. He also specializes in the design and development of retirement plans.
Mark is a current member of the Ohio Commodores. He is a former Board Member of the Licking County Chamber of Commerce and former member of Newark-Heath Rotary International. He has served on United Way Campaign committees and was a past President of Moundbuilders Country Club.
Allison Durnbaugh is a Sales Assistant of Midwestern Wealth Management. Allison works with advisors to manage day-to-day operational activities.
Allison believes that financial investing is very personal and works to foster relationships with clients to offer the highest quality of customer service.
Allison acquired her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Bowling Green State University in 2000. She also has secured her series 7 General Securities License, the Series 63 Uniform Securities Agent State Law License, as well as the Series 65 Uniform Investment Advisor Law License.
Allison serves as the Co-Coordinator for the Academic Volunteer Program at both Centerville Primary Village North and Driscoll Elementary School. She also is a part of the executive leadership team for Relay for Life of South Dayton and serves on the board of the Centerville Coed Dance Team in her free time.
